Can a processor of the current generation (e.g. i7 9700K / i9 9900K) also be installed on the mainboard? According to the socket (LGA1151) and lithography (14nm) of the installed processor, this should work. Unfortunately, I can't find any more precise information about the mainboard.

"Intel® Core™ 9th and 8th generation desktop processors use an LGA1151 socket. However, they require mainboards based on Intel® 300 series chipset. Some Intel® 300 chipset series motherboards may require a BIOS update to support Intel® Core™ 9th generation desktop processors."

You need a B360 or Z390 for 9th gen.

so 2 coolers

No kidding, you probably mean additional fans.

I have done the work and have gone to the various suppliers. Suppliers
MediaMarkt, siroop, melectronics, microspot. ..... Result: nothing
Even on the Acer website: The G6-710 is no longer available with GTX1050Ti, but even the model with the 1080 doesn't mention extra fans.
