Jogwheels of the next generation
Already the jog wheels of the NS6 convinced by most modern and exclusive developments. The touch-active platter enables ultra-precise control. With the new integrated pin-sharp 2 inch displays, you always have an overview of BPM, jog wheel position, remaining time, key lock and pitch adjustment. The advantages for integrated displays are obvious: You can now not only see your virtual "needle position" and speed on your laptop, but also have them in focus at all times.
Standalone mixer
In addition to the two USB ports, the NS6 II has a 2-channel standalone mixer to connect your turntables or media players. Just play fully analog or combine your old records with current tunes from Serato.
The mixer section features exclusive touch-sensitive controls that allow you to access specific sound manipulations with just a tap of a finger. Of course, each channel has a gain control, 3-band equalizer and a dedicated filter control for each channel. With two microphone inputs for live performances or presentations, the NS6 II is ready for your next event. An internal 24-bit audiophile-grade circuitry provides the uncompromising sound.
Precise & creative performances
Advanced DJ functions such as key lock, pitch control, manual and automatic loops and hot cues offer absolute control over the most important parameters. Rubberized performance pads give you quick access to hot cues, auto loops and rolls, manual loops, samplers and slicers. Each of the 16 velocity-sensitive pads comes with additional sub-functions for creative performance.
The high-resolution 100 mm pitch faders allow precise working with the NS6 II for all 4 channels. The extra long fader travel allows for the finest tempo adjustments, while the jog wheel display shows you the current BPM and pitch at all times.
DVS Ready - Including Serato DJ
NS6 II comes with the Serato DJ software full version. Thanks to the close cooperation between Serato and Numark, optimal hardware and software interaction is guaranteed. The mixer is already fully prepared for mixing with DVS. Get the DVS expansion from Serato DJ and the NS6 II becomes a full-fledged DVS mixer for mixing with control vinyl.
NS6 II incorporates the latest generation of proven control technology introduced in the Numark NS7, transferring turntable and control information between hardware and software at 10x MIDI speed. This massive data stream provides the latency-free control that is so popular with DJs worldwide. Because the NS6 II's communication is MIDI-based, the controller can be used with a variety of MIDI software.
