Nexa FLM-104 Fire Ladder 4 Meters

The Nexa Fire Ladder FLM-104 is your solution for a quick evacuation from the house in case of a fire. When packed, the fire ladder takes up little space and can be stored right next to a window for quick access in case of an emergency. Thanks to a sturdy metal frame that hangs over the window frame, the ladder is easy to use during an evacuation.

The length of the ladder is 4 meters and is suitable for houses with 2 stories.

  • Maximum load: 400 kg, max. 3 people on the ladder
  • Maximum evacuation height, measured from the bottom of the window: 4.3 meters
  • Maximum frame thickness: 30 cm
  • Instructions for use in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, and English are included in the packaging.

The ladder is intended for private use and cannot replace legally required escape routes.
