Soldering iron i-Tool with 150 W micro high-performance heating element:
This proven heating technology enables the i-Tool soldering iron to be heated and reheated at lightning speed from room temperature to 350 °C in approx. 9 s, from stand-by (280 °C) in approx. 3 s. Heating element and soldering tip are separated from each other. Extremely short distance from handle to tip, thin and lightweight cable for maximum comfort.
User-friendly one-touch operation: User-friendly station software with online help and easy menu navigation via i-Op menu selection. Large multifunctional display.
i-Tool Calibration: The calibration data is stored on the PCB in the handle of the soldering iron. All i-Tools can be calibrated at a central location thanks to the calibration which is independent of the control station.
Automatic standby sensor: As soon as the i-Tool soldering iron is inserted into the storage stand, the i-Tool detects this and lowers the temperature after the preselected standby time to the preselected standby temperature.
Shut-down function: Adjustable idle state to save energy and extend the life of radiator and soldering tip. The i-Tool cools down to room temperature.
Energy performance levels: Three power levels are available to regulate the heating element depending on the required heat demand. In the highest setting the system delivers the maximum power of 150 W, in the low setting the power is strictly regulated and no overshoot is allowed.
Process window: Shows the operator on the display if the temperature leaves the preselected temperature process window.
Storage stand: Equipped with ERSA dry cleaner and device for clear storage of 4 soldering tips i-Tip.…more
