Product details
The Kolink set offered here consists of four two-piece elements that can be used to attach all types of fans to housings. A set of 4 elements is used to attach a fan.
The black plastic pins are pressed once into the holes at all four corners of the fan. Thanks to the many small collars they hold there firmly and securely.
But first you should push the pins from the outside through the fan holes of the case and then attach the fan from the inside. Now press the second, smaller part into the larger one from the outside. This spreads the large pin on the inside of the case and ensures that the pins keep their positions in the case walls.
Compared to metal fan screws, Kolink's plastic fasteners are lighter, do not leave metal chips, do not require a screwdriver to attach them and they even have a decoupling effect, which means that vibrations from the fans are transmitted less strongly to the computer case.
