Laut Beschreibung hat dieser PC keinen USB-C Port.
Mit dem einen HDMI Port kannst du aber den ersten Bildschirm betreiben und über einen mini displaport to DVI adapter kannst du somit den mini displayport für den zweiten Bildschirm nutzen.

Sackstark, der Kleine

Habe einen für meinen Onkel eingerichtet, und möchte am Liebsten meinen Midi-Tower wegschmeissen und so einen niedlichen NUC auf mein Pult stellen.

Für einen Multimedia- und Office-Rechner absolut geeignet. Für Gaming und leistungsintensive Sachen wohl eher weniger, aber wer macht schon sowas o.O

Habe ihn mit einer WD-Green SSD und Corsair RAM gepaart (günstigsten, niedrig getakteten RAM mit niedriger CAS-Latenz nehmen für minimalen Energiebedarf), sowie dem ASUS ZenDrive U9M:

ASUS DVD-Brenner ZenDrive U9M SDRW-08U9M-U/BLK/G (DVD)

Bootet extrem schnell dank schlanker Ausstattung (es entfällt die Ladezeit der diversen S-ATA, USB und sonstigen Peripheriecontroller, welche bei den meisten voll ausgestatteten ATX Mainboards noch rumgeistern) und dem "alles aus einer Hand" Prinzip. Intel weiss nun Mal, wie man gute PC-Hardware baut. Unbedingt Fast Boot im BIOS aktivieren, nachdem man das BIOS eingerichtet hat!

BIOS ist eine wahre Wohltat an Einfachheit, Übersicht und Effizienz. Man vermisst nichts, es hat aber auch nichts was es nicht braucht (Extreme Overclocking macht man mit einem NUC nicht...). Wer die aktuellen ASUS ROG-Boards kennt, weiss, wie das Gegenteil aussieht...
Wer keine Ahnung hat, was ein BIOS ist: Der NUC funktioniert einwandfrei, wenn man einfach eine SSD und ein paar RAM Riegel reinsteckt und die Kiste einschaltet (mit nem Windows-10 USB Stick, der ist hilfreich wenn man ein Betriebssystem installieren will).

Preislich zudem sehr fair, deshalb absolut verdiente 5 Sterne!

Ich habe die höhere Bauform gewählt, in der Hoffnung, dass der zusätzliche Platz für eine bessere Kühlung sorgt. Das ist allerdings nicht der Fall, weil der Lüfter auf der anderen Seite steckt und es keinen Unterschied macht. Wer also nicht zusätzlich zur M.2 SSD noch eine 2.5" Platte / SSD verbauen will, kann getrost die kleine Bauform nehmen.

Ubuntu 17.10 and this generation NUC do not go together well

Using it with Linux, fan is way too noisy, previous NUC6i5 was much better, disabling fan in system config causes software to fail, Linux (Ubuntu 17.10) is not ready for this device
