Edition 23/2017 - Im Vergleich mit dem Asus Board im Testfeld sind die Unterschiede hinsichtlich der Ausstattung nur gering, dafür handelt es sich beim Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming jedoch um das teuerste Z370-Board hier. Die Performance des Mainboards ist hoch, wobei dies nicht zuletzt auf die Werksübertaktung zurückzuführen ist. Leider lässt sich letztere nur umständlich deaktivieren. Erfreulich wiederum sind die von Haus aus aktivierten Mechanismen zum Strom sparen.

Aha doch schon, aber das Mainboard kommt schon mit einer neueren BIOS Version vorgeflashed, sprich da ist nicht BIOS Version 1.0 drauf sondern sowas wie 1.4 und da wurde die RAM Liste natürlich erweitert. Einfach sicherheitshalber aufs neuste BIOS flashen und ab gehts, dann gehen sie sicher mit den angegebenen Taktraten und Timings.

Sehr schönes Mainboard für Gamer die RGB wollen. Wer rendert oder Videoschnitt betreibt sollte ein Anderes nehmen!

Ich betreibe einen i5-8600k auf 4.8GHz mit 1.28V
Da kommt dieses Mainboard schon an seine Grenzen. Unter Volllast werden die VRMs schon 85° was akzeptabel ist. Aber ich habe bewusst meinen i5 nicht auf 5GHz getaktet. Ich denke das Mainboard würde limitieren!
Meine RAM wurden mit XMP Profil sofort erkannt und funktionierten direkt!
Die RGB Fusion Software ist eig cool aber sie hat einige Probleme! Ich stelle eine Farbe ein und auf einmal wechselt das Mainboard die Farbe auf eine komplett andere. Ausserdem versucht die Software auf meine Peripherie wie Tastatur und RAM zuzugreifen, was ich absolut nicht will. Dies kann man nicht abstellen (bei MSI gehts).
Für Gamer ist das Mainboard absolut geeignet. Aber für Videoschnitt oder Renderig empfehle ich es nicht weiter!

Nicht weiter zu empfehelen.

Das Mainboard macht einen guten eindruck, jedoch habe ich sehr viele UEFI-BIOS und CMOS PRobleme, egal ob Overclock oder nicht. Die Stromzufuhr ist sehr heiss unter last, und es bleibt bei mir oft im Boot hängen.

Tolles Gaming Motherboard!

Empfehlenswertes Motherboard, RAM sind leicht ein zu bauen und wurden sofort erkannt, LED Schmickschnack ist auch dabei. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die mitgelieferte RGB Fusion App, die ist noch nicht so weit ausgereift um einen effektiven Nutzen zu bringen.
