The 10-meter long Deltaco EV-32010 charging cable has a maximum power of 22 kW at 32 A. This 3-phase charging cable is equipped with a Type 2 to Type 2 connector, which is the standard in the EU. With this cable, you can charge at most charging stations in Europe.
Thanks to its IP66 certification, the cable is protected against dust and strong jets of water, making it ideal for charging your electric car in all weather conditions. The charging cable is compatible with all modern vehicles featuring a Type 2 connector, including Audi, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Volvo. The connectors of the charging cable are silver-plated. The 3-phase cable is made from TPE material, which offers good resistance to oil and UV light.
The charging cable is monitored through bidirectional communication. This means that there is an exchange of information between the vehicle and the charger. Before the charging process begins, a self-test is performed to ensure that the cable is properly connected and that the car can be charged.
Additionally, a mechanical lock secures the charging cable, protecting it from theft and unauthorized use.
