The integrated cone grinding mechanism made of hardened steel can be adjusted in 11 grinding degree steps. Two sensors (RPM sensor and grinder sensor) ensure a constant, even dosage of the freshly ground
coffee powder. The typical barista gesture of tamping - i.e. compacting the coffee powder - becomes child's play with the Smart Tamping Station. By pulling the lateral lever to the stop, the coffee powder is tamped evenly with exactly 20 kg of contact pressure.
Two independent thermoblock heating systems with temperature control guarantee maximum thermal stability for coffee preparation. Optionally, espresso, coffee and Americano (extra hot water nozzle to extend the espresso) can be prepared at the touch of a button. The professional milk frothing nozzle prepares hot milk or creamy milk foam in no time at all - the desired setting can be selected using the vario control on the nozzle. Large glasses (up to 12cm) for milk drinks can be stored on the flexible cup shelf.
