Description

The Dell XPS 15 is a high-end notebook that combines a high-resolution display, slim design and high-quality materials. Its outer casing consists of a single block of CNC-milled aluminium. The wrist-rest is made of carbon fibre, which is extremely light, robust and pleasantly cool when touched.
With its economical and fast seventh-generation i7 processor and Nvidia's dedicated GeForce GTX 1050 graphics solution, the XPS 15 is suitable for a wide range of office, multimedia and gaming applications. With 32GB of memory, you can easily open multiple applications at the same time.
The most striking feature of this notebook is its impressive screen size. With a border of only 5.2 mm, the 15.6-inch display fills almost the entire area and is thus one of the largest for a notebook in this size class. With UHD resolution, it also delivers an extremely sharp and detailed image.
The notebook has a USB-C port that comes with the Thunderbolt 3 standard. Here you can dock not only another USB 3.0 device via adapter, but also up to two 4K displays, docking solutions for Thunderbolt, external graphics cards or a peer-to-peer network.

Gaming

- Ausreichend Arbeitsspeicher (mindestens 8GB)
- Schnellste Prozessoren (z.B. Intel Core i7 mit vier Kernen)
- Highend Grafikleistung (z.B. nVidia GeForce GTX 980M)

French (français, IPA: [fʁɑ̃sɛ]) is a Romance language spoken as a first language by around 136 million people worldwide.[1][4] A total of 250 million speak it as either a first or as a second language. Moreover, roughly 110 million people learn French as a second or third language. French speaking communities are present in 57 countries and territories. Most native speakers of the language live in France, the rest live essentially in Canada, particularly Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario, as well as Belgium, Algeria, Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg, and certain places in the U.S. states of Maine and Louisiana. Most second-language speakers of French live in Francophone Africa, arguably exceeding the number of native speakers.

English

English is a West Germanic language that arose in the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms of England and spread into what was to become south-east Scotland under the influence of the Anglian medieval kingdom of Northumbria. Following the economic, political, military, scientific, cultural, and colonial influence of Great Britain and the United Kingdom from the 18th century, via the British Empire, and of the United States since the mid-20th century, it has been widely dispersed around the world, become the leading language of international discourse, and has acquired use as lingua franca in many regions. It is widely learned as a second language and used as an official language of the European Union and many Commonwealth countries, as well as in many world organizations. It is the third most natively spoken language in the world, after Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.

Processor

A processor is a key component of a computing device, which steers other components via software. The fundamental property of a processor is its programmability. The behaviour of a processor is determined by programmers by means of computer code. The main processor components are the register, arithmetic and logic unit (ALU), control unit and the memory management unit (MMU), which administers memory. Central tasks of a processor include arithmetic operations, reading and writing data in the memory as well as executing programme jumps.

i

Processor clock frequency

In electronics and especially synchronous digital circuits, a clock signal is a particular type of signal that oscillates between a high and a low state and is utilized like a metronome to coordinate actions of circuits. Although the word signal has a number of other meanings, the term is here used for "transmitted energy that can carry information".

A clock signal is produced by a clock generator. Although more complex arrangements are used, the most common clock signal is in the form of a square wave with a 50% duty cycle, usually with a fixed, constant frequency. Circuits using the clock signal for synchronization may become active at either the rising edge, falling edge, or, in the case of double data rate, both in the rising and in the falling edges of the clock cycle.

Max. TDP
i

Max. TDP

The thermal design power (TDP), sometimes called thermal design point, refers to the maximum amount of power the cooling system in a computer is required to dissipate. For example, a laptop's CPU cooling system may be designed for a 20 watt TDP, which means that it can dissipate up to 20 watts of heat without exceeding the maximum junction temperature for the computer chip. It can do this using an active cooling method such as a fan or any of the three passive cooling methods, convection, thermal radiation or conduction. Typically, a combination of methods is used. The TDP is typically not the most power the chip could ever draw, such as by a power virus, but rather the maximum power that it would draw when running "real applications". This ensures the computer will be able to handle essentially all applications without exceeding its thermal envelope, or requiring a cooling system for the maximum theoretical power (which would cost more but in favor of extra headroom for processing power).

i

Number of threads

In computer science, a thread of execution is the smallest unit of processing that can be scheduled by an operating system. The implementation of threads and processes differs from one operating system to another, but in most cases, a thread is contained inside a process. Multiple threads can exist within the same process and share resources such as memory, while different processes do not share these resources. In particular, the threads of a process share the latter's instructions (its code) and its context (the values that its variables reference at any given moment). To give an analogy, multiple threads in a process are like multiple cooks reading off the same cook book and following its instructions, not necessarily from the same page.

XPS 15 (15.60", UHD, Intel Core i7-7700HQ, 32GB, SSD)

huiwui

XPS 15 (15.60", UHD, Intel Core i7-7700HQ, 32GB, SSD)

Sehr guter Allrounder

XPS 15 (15.60", UHD, Intel Core i7-7700HQ, 32GB, SSD)

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Teil
