Description

The BY-LM400 from Boya is an excellent solution for recording interviews and presentations on your smartphone. Simply connect the 3.5mm cable to your iPhone, iPad or Android smartphone. For the newer iPhone models, without 3.5mm connector, use the Lightning to AUX cable that comes with the corresponding iPhone. Then you can attach the clip-on microphone to two people, e.g. the interviewer and the interviewee. The sound of the microphone is recorded on separate tracks: Left and right. This simplifies splitting during post-processing. Thanks to the cable length of 4 meters per microphone, you have enough freedom of movement to supply two people with one microphone.

Use BY-LM400:
The BY-LM400 can be used for recording with your smartphone. You can record audio using your phone's standard dictaphone app. It is also possible to start the camera app, whereby the sound of the BY-LM400 is automatically recorded synchronously with the video.
