Residual Heat Indicator
The function informs you whether the zone is hot after you have removed the pot from the cooktop. Depending on the model, a red indicator lights up at temperatures above 50 °C, or the letter "H" appears on the display at temperatures above 60 °C, while the letter "h" appears at temperatures between 45 °C and 60 °C.
