Question about Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (English, 64-bit)

Yes, legally no problem at all. You can install and activate it on any machine that is able to run Windows 10. But you should know this: OEM licenses are cheaper than retail versions but are bound to the hardware, once activated. You can't activate it on another PC anymore (which would be possible with retails versions).

Bound to hardware? Is that mean there would be problems if I change/upgrade some of my equipment afterwards?

You can change single parts, like GPU, CPU, RAM, etc. About 3 parts can change before the activation system won't work anymore. Changing the mainboard can be enough to break the activation as well

If you want to reinstall it on other hardware or after a bigger upgrade, yes.
