Super affordable device, masters simple tasks without problems

The small PC is completely sufficient for web and office work, for example. I use the box for control and visualisation tasks.
    Contrary to other comments,
the delivery does not include RAM and it is not installed.
    HyperX
Kingston SO-DDR3L Impact 8GB Kit (2x, 4GB, DDR3L-1866, SODIMM 204) also works fine for me.

Good basis for tinkering but annoying when the thing has to be productive quickly. Once it's up and running, it's all good :-).

Be sure to install RAM (e.g. 2 x Crucial Premium, 4GB DDR3-1600, SODIMM 204 is OK) that is on the Zotac CI327nano list (HyperX, 8GB, DDR3-1866, SODIMM 204 definitely does not work).
When installing a RAM bar, use the lower
slot (since the unit is usually on its back during installation, the lower slot is then on top 😊).
The installed BIOS version (American Megatrend) is not up-to-date (there is a January 2018 version on the Zotac homepage).
BIOS is configured in "silent mode" and therefore remains invisible (Ctrl-Del works, if you are fast enough). The documentation of the BIOS is rudimentary - try and error.
When starting the CI327, USB is active and a USB keyboard can be used. Bluetooth is only activated with the OS, so such keyboards are ruled out for the configuration of the BIOS.

    Pro

    • Small and quiet (no fan)
    • Relatively low consumption in operation (from 8W under Ubuntu)
    • Also runs smoothly with Ubuntu 16.04

    Contra

    • No CH power cable supplied (UK and EU/DE)
    • Supplied documentation rudimentary, reading the web manual is worthwhile

    Quiet and frugal

    Enough for everyday use
Small, quiet PC that has everything it needs to cope with office work. Inaudibly quiet. I have Proxmox on it and need it, among other things, with Pfsense as a partitioned server for a small web application.

    Pro

    • Quiet
    • Enough for daily office work and surfing
    • Wlan
    • Two LAN connections
    • Economical energy consumption
