    Absolutely Top

Great filament! Definitely nicer prints than with PLA and cheaper too. The only weak point is the longer printing time and the higher temperatures for printing. It feels like it takes forever for the Ultimaker to start printing.

    Pro

    • Very nice surfaces
    • Harder than PLA

    Contra

    • greater temperatures
    • longer printing time

    Printed with UM2+, super result

Printed with UM2+, 3D varnish for adhesion and protection on a heated bed with 0.6mm nozzle, temperature 240-250 (rather higher for the first layers), speed 80%, fan 40%, then the result looks great! The default profile of Cura for CPE must be adapted accordingly.

    Pro

    • Diameter correct
    • Good print quality
    • Strength is right
    • No delay or within normal limits

    Contra

    • A bit of a challenge when printing, doable with a bit of trial and error
    • Price except on offer

    Perfect if well managed

Used on an Ultimaker 3 at 250°c and 65°c with 3dLac. No problems of adhesion to the tray and no deformation. Although it is noticeable that it does not adhere as much as PLA filament for example.
    Great result!

    Pro

    • Awards
    • Solidity
    • Non-brittle
    • Stronger than PLA, no strings like ABS
    • Resistant to the elements

    Contra

    • Adhesion to the printing plate
    • Requires high printing temperatures

This review was created for a different variant: CPE (CPE, 2.85 mm, 750 g, Green)
