cheapest plastic for a steep price.

The lack of alternatives is immediately apparent in this card reader. The housing rattles loudly and does not encourage me to take the reader on tour in a tightly packed backpack. The format of a standard Zippo lighter would be very practical here.

The large cap conceals the USB plug, which can also be attached to concealed USB ports with an extension cable of just under half a metre. Unfortunately, the plug is not attached to the centre of the housing, which means that the cable and housing cannot be flush with each other.

As a result, part of the case is always half in the air, which can lead to problems, especially when travelling. Mounting on the notebook lid is not necessarily possible.
