    It is better to buy software elsewhere or to buy it physically and not as a download.

    To install the software, I need both the code and the serial number. The serial number was not supplied by Digitec's download centre, so I have received the software but cannot activate it. I asked for help from support a week ago but have not yet received any. My request to cancel the purchase has also not yet been granted.
