    Good scale to record measurement results

    Good scale. Had hesitated with the purchase for a long time, because of many critical voices on the setup, and because I enjoy devices that rely on apps only with restraint. Because: It has often happened that an originally renowned developer suddenly discontinues a product line or neglects the development of the app (especially when a newer model comes on the market). Have the scale then but bought, and I must now say that it was very easy to set up (iOS) and has so far always worked reliably. The scale puts the individual measurements in context, which makes the whole measurement results over time much more meaningful. Together with other Smarthealth devices in conjunction with the Health app, you can clearly log your measurement results and show them to your GP at your next appointment if necessary. For those who are interested, the device can recognize different users based on their previously registered weight.

    Support hundslausig - product actually good

    The scale needs an account.
    Withings did not manage after 4 months! that I can change my mail address.
    The Withings support is extremely lousy and keeps you happy with constant unimportant questions.
    The product itself is     good, as long as you don't need support.

    • Battery wear rather high (always 4x AAA)

    quite ok, however ...

    ... the scale seems to have a defect, it shows more every month.
