purchased this productRotary switch top, but the rest is a big flop
The Loupedeck controller is very useful when editing multiple photos in Lightroom and the controls are intuitively arranged. However, I wish I could change one or two of the knobs (for example, Shadows and Highlights are just the wrong way round for me. Pick and Reject should also be reversed).
What is very annoying are the poorly made and often jammed buttons. It is frustrating that the keys often jam when navigating. Also, after only one week of use, I always have to press the Colour/BW key twice until it reacts.
Especially if you are used to a good keyboard (such as that of an iMac), it is surprising that a beautifully designed Loupedesk can have such poor keys.
In the meantime, I have placed the Loupedeck just above my normal keyboard and only use the rotary switches - it's a pity that the rest is so badly made...Pro
- Rotary switches make it super easy to do things like light kit, white balance and so on.
- Rotate to align photos super well
Contra
- Very bad keys that often jam
- Hard pressure point to reset switch to zero

purchased this productI strongly advise anyone interested not to buy.
This was actually exactly what I was looking for. I work with Lightroom every day and I expected an optimised workflow, as advertised. The tests were promising and I didn't attach too much importance to the quality features mentioned - unfortunately. For the price, I expected a controller with high-quality knobs, sliders and buttons, pleasant and above all equal click behaviour with equivalent buttons. The pressure points on the knobs are too strongly defined. Individual buttons creak, others click and still others jam at times. In addition, it is so loud during operation that I cannot work in the same room with colleagues without a guilty conscience. The colour controls feel very cheap to operate and already sound broken when new. One knob had to be put on first, it was loose in the box and one button (zoom left) is mounted at such an angle on my copy that it is almost flush with the housing on one side. In short, the anticipation was great, the disillusionment all the greater. I am extremely disappointed and will in future operate Lightroom in the old way with a keyboard and tablet.
