    Product not as described.

    Product does not conform to the description, only the red needle (green on photo) is sent.
    Return to sender. 10 days lost.

    No idea about the product

    You sent me a needle insert (record needle) 2 times instead of a cartridge as advertised. It ALWAYS says replacement cartridge.

    At least the customer service was friendly and it even seemed to be the case that they knew     the difference between a needle insert and a cartridge.
    At least everything was cancelled without any problems, refunded and I got to keep the needles.
    Which didn't fit my record player.
