    I would rethink my purchase and maybe research into alternative activity trackers

    After all the ratings I read regarding the Fitbit, was a bit dissapointed. The touch screen is not very responsive and I sometimes need to tap numerous times before it turns on or changes screens. Additionally, I have the turquoise one and within 1 week, the sides became grayish and look used. The app is also either in German if you set it for Switzerland and if you want it in English, you need to keep a country-non-specific setting and then you don't have all the Swiss foods (regarding calories). 

    Pro

    • small in comparaison to other activity trackers
    • the app is easy to use (except for it being in German for Switzerland)

    Contra

    • Difficult to use due to the inefficient reaction of the touch screen
    • bracelet is not of best quality

    If you don't have extremely high requirements, it's great.

    Satisfied for what I wanted it for. Sports watch and pedometer

    • Step counting
    • Record sleep
    • Easy to carry

    Contra

    • You must always have GPS switched on
    • Not waterproof
    • Bracelet quickly shows signs of use
    • Battery lasts only 2 days, not 5 as promised
