Please note the following, quoting FOCA:
My small drone weighs less than 500 grams. Are there no restrictions for me?
Yes, there are regulations for the operation of mini-drones. Even if I am basically allowed to fly everywhere with such a small drone except in the nature conservation areas marked on the drone map, I have to abide by some basic rules. I must have visual contact with the drone at all times and must respect the privacy of other people. In principle, I am allowed to fly above a crowd of people, but I am liable in the event of an accident. The same applies to a mini-drone: I am responsible for the safe operation of my aircraft.
droneassociation.ch:
As a drone operator, I do not fly without a permit:
● over people,
● outside the visual range of the drone and the airspace surrounding it (500m),
● closer than 5km to airfields and helipads,
● higher than 150m from the ground in controlled airspace.
● no dropping of material or liquids.
As a drone pilot, I fly safely because:
● my flights are well planned and organised,
● my drone and ground station are carefully maintained,
● my knowledge and skills always meet the requirements of the operation,
● my drone and ground station have sufficient power,
● my procedures and checklists are fully completed.
As a drone operator, I am mindful of:
● to other airspace participants and take timely evasive action,
● sources of interference (power lines, mobile phone antennas, railway lines, radio relay systems, TAFLIR),
● permanent and temporary no-fly zones (SVZD-MAP and DABS),
● on the weather, including solar weather,
the environment, which can spontaneously take on interest and form temporary crowds,
third parties who do not wish to be filmed or otherwise disturbed, especially in private areas,
animals and the environment, which also do not want to be disturbed, irritated or burdened.

I was very happy with the Spark and would have given it 4 stars. However, on the 4th flight it completely stopped in the air (fortunately only 2m above grass). It barely survived, but one arm is broken and after gluing, the rotor only turns just above the housing; it also seems a bit more unstable... if this had happened with a "Rocket" or over hard ground, it would certainly have been a total loss... and no, it was NOT an operating error and the battery was at over 60% and it is not possible for the user to shut it down in the air (without remote). And no, I am not a beginner, I also fly a big helicopter with a petrol engine and I know what to look out for in RC devices... this was a software crash or something... I still have a bad feeling, even though it didn't do anything else wrong. I had even ordered the flymore combo beforehand, because I am otherwise convinced of the drone...
Otherwise, the part is really fun, easy to use and has numerous safety features that make the Spark very beginner-friendly. With the new firmware update, gesture videos are now possible, photos in 4k and the direction can be set for the selfies, as well as a new pano mode... The gesture mode is a nice gimmick, and it also arouses the interest of people who would otherwise never go for a drone. However, the recognition was not yet fully developed before the fireware update and was more of a nice gimmick. Unfortunately, I can't yet judge whether it has actually improved now.
The video quality is perfectly adequate for hobby filming and the Spark is a great selfie drone. I have a battery life of about 12 minutes, which is unfortunately short. But it can even be charged via USB with a powerbank on the go ;-) The videos can be edited with the app, a live stream is possible and the whole thing is relatively quick to do.

Awesome device! Perfect for on the go when you want to take "selfies" from a different perspective.
The drone goes extremely high, I tested it in the open field.¨
Flight time is enough for me ... enough photos can be taken within 16-17 minutes.
