    Absolute recommendation!

    Wow, what a difference! Starting with gurgling on-board sound (Asus Maximus Hero VIII) with good 2.1 speaker system (Edifier S530D): a difference like night and day!

    • Impressive sound across the entire acoustic band - whether quiet or loud
    • Analogue and optical (spdif/toslink) output
    • Very reasonable price for the performance
    • Incl. sufficiently long USB cable and cable for speaker system with 3.5mm input

    Contra

    • Headphone jack (front) only in 6.35mm version

    Very satisfied

    One of the few USB sound cards with optical input, unfortunately with a somewhat low bit rate. But it also runs under Linux right away, I am extremely satisfied.
