Good case fan

Highly recommended fan, see Pros. Only the sleeve around the cable is really ugly. It's black, and you can't see the cable through it, but it's not a real sleeve, it's a rubber tube. It is also not a shrink sleeve but a rubber tube with a sleeve texture. Very unpleasant to touch.

Very quiet (not sure if this 16dB is really true)
LED nice and bright
Looks stylish
Fan is decoupled from the enclosure by rubber pads

The sleeve around the cable is made of rubber
