Battery ordered together with several other products. Part of the delivery arrives within 48 hours, perfect. The battery I am waiting for is not in this first batch but I am hopeful because the site indicates "product ready to be sent". I waited and finally the photo shoot I had to do went ahead without this spare battery. After 10 days of waiting, I file an angry notice on the Galaxus website which still says "product ready to be sent". Answer: "it will be sent when the other products are available" because you did not check "immediate delivery". This is not clear, I was not expecting immediate delivery but within 5 days it would have been useful. If I hadn't claimed, I would still be waiting as the other products are still out of stock. Galaxus needs to change their site on this point
