    • Design looks good

    Contra

    • Poor sound quality with a micro, it's only good when you sit really close to it.
    • Extending as described leads to even worse sound quality

    Much too quiet

    The idea is tempting: connect several microphones together and on the conference table the conversation can be well recorded.
    The problem:
    It's far too quiet! You can't hear anything.
