Frequently asked question concerning your order within the Kshop.

When I register as a new customer do I need a private or corporate account?

You need to register as a private customer.

The device I want is not listed.

KShop provides you with a certain range of bestseller mobile devices. However, you are free to order outside of the KShop, but without signing a subscription contract and on the condition that the device complies with our security policy.

Do we have additional discounts on the prices on the digitec KShop site?

With the NettoPricing model the contract duration of a mobile number is no longer linked to a mobile device purchase. Hence ordering a new mobile device via KShop will not result in a contract prolongation (for existing company mobile phone numbers). Therefore the offered mobile devices (for existing company mobile numbers) will be available at selling prices. In return, we can benefit from lower monthly subscription fees per mobile number. Digitec can only offer special conditions for mobile device orders with a new mobile number (new subscription). However, your employer offers you every two years a device subsidy according to the Swiss Mobile Device Policy.

What are the payment methods?

You have several options: pay in advance via online banking, PayPal or credit card (you will be charged with a commission up to 3.5%). pay by invoice

Where can I check the amount of my device subsidy?

You can find that information in the Swiss Mobile Device Policy on page three.

How can I claim my device subsidy?

You can claim the device subsidy according to your grade via time-sheet using the activity code “950 / Subsidized Mobile phone”.

Who is my contact person in case of questions?

Contact IT Services if:

  • you want to transfer your private mobile number.
  • you have general question on the Swiss Mobile Device Policy.
  • you want to activate your device with our mobile email application.
  • your device is broken.

Contact the digitec hotline ( if:

  • your SIM card needs to be activated.
  • you need information regarding your order status.
  • you need product information.
